Homework
Work on the letter of the week and return finished project for sharing on Friday.
If a child needs extra practice to gain mastery of an area, homework (extra practice) will be suggested. (e.g., Writes name until learned, learns cubby number, etc.)

Goals
Dresses self - zippers, buttons, boots, etc.
Understands and follows directions.
Listens without interrupting.
Says, "I'll try."
Responsible for notices, book money, milk/lunch money, lunch/knapsacks, etc.
Writes name - lower case letters.
Self-discipline = Good behavior

Academic - know name, address, and telephone number.

Math - recognizes, writes, and uses numbers to 25 or beyond.
Knows beginning addition and subtraction concepts.

Language - oral language, rhyming, position/directional concepts, colors, shapes, vocabulary words, story comprehension, sounds, letter knowledge, quantitative concepts, classification, and sequence.

Alphabet - recognizes capital and lower case letters, writes letters without
having to copy, recognizes beginning and ending sounds.

Fine motor - development of hand and finger muscles and writes neatly.
